Trowbridge Squash Club is one of the longest established squash clubs in Wiltshire. With teams in the Wiltshire county leagues, regular club nights, internal leagues, group lessons, and Mini-Squash courses for kids – we are a lively and friendly club who can accomodate players of all levels and help them get the most out of the sport...

As a beginner to the game of squash, it's easy to get carried away with the excitement of the game and to push your endurance limits. Squash is a very intense game, and although the fitness benefits can be immense, we strongly recommend that you start off slowly and build things up.
